L’Università Della Pizza (Paris 1) – Une belle école ! // A good academy!
Belle découverte dans le quartier des Halles avec l’Università Della Pizza !
Une nouvelle adresse pour la famille Rebellato qui officie déja rue de la Pompe dans le 16ème.
Ici, la pizza est à l’honneur, toute l’essence de la pizza italienne est en effet là !
Peu d’ingrédients mais des ingrédients de grande qualité magnifiés par une pâte divine. On se croirait vraiment dans le sud de l’Italie, il n’y a qu’à fermer les yeux !
Nous avons testé une pizza à la mozzarella di buffala et aux tomates cerises, divine…
Et un choix plus …vert…avec cette pizza à l’artichaut et à la roquette aux copeaux de Parmiggiano Regiano, un vrai délice !
Pour finir, le cannolo alla siciliana était très bon. Petite déception en revanche sur le tiramisù qui était trop riche en génoise à mon goût.

This restaurant is a great discovery in this area of the first arrondissement of Paris.
L’Università Della Pizza is the new venue of the Rebellato family family who runs a famous restaurant, rue de la Pompe in the 16th arrondissement.
Here, it is all about pizza. They are really simple but made out of the best ingredients you could find in Paris. Close your eyes and you feel like being in the South of Italy!
We tasted a simple pizza with mozzarella di buffala and cherry tomatoes, divine. The greenish artichoke and rucola pizza was amazing too. The only bad point was the tiramisù while the cannolo alla siciliana was perfect.
Visit them and bet on the pizze 🙂
