Dans l’enceinte du magnifique Hotel Diplomat dans le quartier des ambassades de Delhi se trouve une oasis de luxe et de volupté.

Le service est optimal, l’assiette concoctée par le chef Sabyasachi Gorai est excellente. J’ai adoré la crème brûlée au café servie dans une casserole en cuivre.

La perle de ce restaurant est sa carte de vins et spiritueux. En revanche, attention!!! Le vin a fait tripler notre addition. Des taxes usurières sont appliqués au prix à la carte (comptez environ 30 à 40% en sus.

Hosted in the magnificent Hotel Diplomat in the embassies area of Delhi, Olive restaurant is a true luxury oasis.

Food prepared by their chef Sabyasachi Gorai is good, the waiters are great professionals and last but not least, the wine and spirit list is ok.

We had a great time but be careful, wines tripled the bill (count an additional 30% on top of wine list prices)
